Despite having an excellent team, each a specialist in their own field, they struggled to use the existing system. Not only was the existing CRM system cumbersome to use it was unable to support multiple languages and more alarmingly had security issues.
The client asked us to stabilise the existing system and then upgrade it to the latest industry standards. Emphasis was placed on having a system which could be extended as and when the company expands.
Following an initial consultation on security, quality control and system structure etc we introduced a quality control system with monitored coding provided by other developers.
The outdated front end was given a new look and feel. Server security has been updated and a bespoke API system developed to integrate the current site with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Additional support was provided in the introduction of email marketing, staff training and documentation.
Effective tracking of visitors and marketing campaigns weren’t possible on the existing system. In order to remedy this we developed a bespoke API for improved user tracking. This facilitates the efficient tracking of adwords and Facebook campaigns across multiple sites allowing Synch1 to stay in tune with their client base.
The improved multilingual system supports over 20 languages allowing Synch1 to offer a more responsive and flexible client service, whilst the on-line payment system is no longer a security threat.
